During this stage, we gather details on activation type, date, location, vision, and any production partners or sponsors, while understanding client goals and ROI. We also discuss the budget upfront to ensure alignment with the project's objectives.

During this stage, we conduct a site visit to take photos and measurements, then develop a pitch and detailed proposal. We provide a top-line budget with breakout notes, prepare a client presentation, and create renderings for client approval.

During the pre-event planning, we hold weekly planning meetings and provide updates, ensuring client approvals on various production elements and continued project management. We develop a production schedule, organize the production team, vendors, and partners, and manage production requests and trackers.

Durpng the event production week, we conduct additional site visits and walkthroughs, finalize permitting, site plans, and production schedules. We also finalize the trucking schedule, the run-of-show (ROS) for show day, and the delivery and strike plan.

On event day, we manage, produce, and coordinate the entire activation, overseeing logistics, vendor setup, client and guest flow, and streamlining guest arrival processes. We problem solve as needed and ensure all key deliverables are executed.

After the event, we provide a comprehensive client recap, gather feedback, and identify key learnings. We also handle final billing and provide estimates for any add-ons.

Once the campaign messaging, color palette, and other visual elements are ready, it's time to integrate them into a cohesive brand style. This is especially important in branding for service-oriented companies, where various attributes can be transformed into branded items based on the company's type.

The visual material is finalized, and the final task for the designer is to ensure correct usage of all assets. A style guide is created to instruct clients on the proper and improper ways to use the brand's graphics, including explanations of the logo's concept, the corporate color palette's applications, and examples of incorrect usage to prevent visual misrepresentation.
